Tak Dong-kyung (Park Bo-young) a web novel editor for six years at a publishing company called Life Story. She has been working hard ever since her parents died due to an accident.

Misfortune is never far from her — she soon finds out that her boyfriend is an adulterer, next learns she’s suffering from a terminal brain tumor. One night, she decides that she’s had enough. Determined to put an end to her misery, she drunkenly shouts to the heavens and wishes for the world to be doomed.

Which unintentionally calls Myul-Mang (Seo In-Guk), Doom himself, a messenger between gods and humans who only follows fate without any intention nor passion to appear.

Myeol Mang says that he can grant Dong Kyung’s wishes. As her last hope, Dong-kyung ends up signing a hundred-day contract with Myul Mang, risking everything she has ever known.
