Cha Young Min(Rain)is a professional high-skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon who is obsessed with his personality, very selfish and arrogant he always decides whom to operate on.

Young- Min was involved in an accident that left him in coma, his subconscious mind left and keep roaming the Eunsang hospital.

Go Seung-tak(Kim-Bum) is a fellow surgeon in the hospital, who is knowledgeable medically but lacks the skill due to his fear of blood, but can see ghost.

These two doctors are complete opposites of their personalities and medical abilities, but was able to work together to achieve the common goal and balance each other differences.

Go Seung-tak with his ability to see ghost was able to help Cha Young Min operate on patients to bring them back to life by allowing Young Min to possess his body.

MAIN CAST
Rain as Cha Young-min:

A 38 years old, a genius cardiothoracic surgeon who has a golden hand, he can handle the difficult surgeries and is the best doctor of Eunsang Foundation Hospital.

Kim Bum as Go Seung-tak:

A 28 years old, 1st year thoracic surgery resident, a “silver spoon” resident in the hospital as his grandfather is the founder of the hospital, and his mother is the current chairman of the foundation. He has excellent theorical knowledge but practically clumsy at work.

Uee as Jang Se-jin:

A 38 years old, Cha Young-min’s love interest and an overseas and genius neurosurgeon, she was raised as daughter of a single mother.

Son Na-eun as Oh Soo-jeong:

A 28 years old, a highly talented emergency room intern, straight forward at work and wants to be a cardiothoracic surgeon, Go Seung-tak’s best friend and love interest. Granddaughter of Oh Joo-Myung, which after his death becomes the ghost.
