Kiss Sixth Sense tells the story of Hong Ye-sool (Seo Ji-Hye) who has the ability of seeing the future when she kiss someone.

Hong Ye Sool as the best account executive on Planning Team 1 at Zeu Ad loves her job and she’s making her way up as a project manager. But, hates her boss Min-Hu (Yoon Kye-Sang).

One day she accidentally kissed her boss Cha Min Hoo on the neck and saw that in the future they were lying naked in the same bed. While Ye Sool is confused with her future, her ex-boyfriend Pil Yo (Kim Ji-seok) comes back into her life.
