The series depicts the story of a lawyer who has the best skills but only charges 1000 won as his attorney’s fee.

Cheon Ji-Hun (Namkoong Min) is the most cost-effective lawyer, as he only charges a 1,000 Won even as one of the most skilled lawyers around despite his unusual flair and style.He fights for his clients against the rich and the wealthy including the expensive lawyers.

Since graduating from the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Baek Ma-Ri (Kim Ji-Eun) works as a prosecutor’s assistant who comes from one of the royal families of the legal world. Her life changes when she meets Cheon JiHoon.
