A young man named Ra yi-Eon’s(Taec Yeon)who always wanted to run a small dumplings restaurant during the jeseon dynasty. Due to his smartness he passed the state examination, he was selected to work in the office of special advisors.

He was later appointed as the royal secret were secret missions are given to him to undertake. His family members were so proud of him, he still have this childlike attitude in him. Not until he met Kim joy(Kim hye-yoon).

Kim joy(Kim hye-yoon)is married but seeking for divorce , her husband is addicted to gambling and also cry for his mother. Kim joy’s husband refuses to divorce her. At the heat of the divorce Ra yi-Eons’s and Kim Joy always work together to bring to book all the corrupt government officials in joseon.
