Seoul Vibe is based on a group of misfits who are roped in by a prosecutor to find proof against some high-level officials suspected of storing slush funds.

Yoo Ah-In(Park Dong) wook and Ong Seong -wu (Joon ki) drives a car like their lives depends on it because they were delivering some goods with possiblity of the goods being Illegal at Saudi Arabia. They leave for Korea having earned a lot of money.

At the airport, they met Lee kyu- hyung (Bok Nam) a friend and member of the Sanggye Dang Gang but they were spotted by the police for their flashy looks and was forced to leave their luggages behind.

They were joined by Go Kyung Pyo (Oh Woo Sam) who is a DJ and Dong Wook sister Park Ju hyun (Park Yoon Hee) who is the leader of the local biking club.

Oh Jung Se (Ahn Pyeong Wook) is a Prosecutor who used their crimes against them as he is completely up to date with all the time they have broken the law, which is enough to put them behind bars for a long time. In exchange for their freedom, they must agree to investigate one of the most powerful in the country and find the evidence.
