Min Soo Ah (Kim Ha Neul) is a promising police academy cadet when tragedy strikes, Soo Ah is left to pick up the pieces of her once-perfect life without her surrogate brother, Dong Hyun, or her eyesight.

She was kidnapped and almost killed by some serial killer but saved from the clutches by a gruesome twist of fate, Soo Ah takes her story to the police, who have a very hard time taking the words of a blind woman seriously.

Detective Ryu Sung-Joon (TaecYeon), Judge Ryu Sung-Hoon (Ha Seok-Jin) and Jo Eun-Ki (Jung Eun-Ji) a social worker become involved in the serial murder case involving jury members as the victims. These three individuals try to uncover the truth behind the deaths.
