Jegal Gil (Jung Woo) is a former national Taekwondo athlete who is known for his hard work. Unfortunately he causes an unprecedented scandal in the athlete’s village and was permanently expelled from the team.
He is reluctant to turn his back on the world of sports, however, so has become a “mental coach” and begins to work with the athletes.
As part of his new line of work, he must help a young woman named Cha Ga Eul (Lee Yoo Mi) a former world-class short track speed skating gold medalist who has fallen into a slump.
Meanwhile, Ku Tae-Man (Kwon Yool) is the director of the Human Rights center of the Athletic association and was also a member of the national taekwondo team with a strong desire for power and he is the one responsible for the transformation in Jegal Gil’s life.
Whereas, the “mental coach” must also work with Park Seung Ha (Park Se Young), an athletes’ counselor who he previously met when he was an athlete.
