At a dreadful secret laboratory, twisted scientists perform bizarre experiments on children, led by the single-minded Doctor Baek (Jo Min Soo) and her sidekick Choi (Park Hee Soon). When something goes wrong, the scientists try to shut down the operation in the cruelest possible manner leaving many dead, but one young girl escapes and was considered dead.
An old couple whose wife is showing early signs of dementia, takes her in even though she doesn’t know her name or age. Ja Yoon (Kim Da Mi), grows up to be a bright high school student but suffering periodic bouts of migraines.

She enters a nationally televised audition program to win the top prize and help her struggling family out. This makes Dr. Baek and Mr Choi realize that Ja-yoon is the girl that escaped and send men to recapture her.
But on her travels she meets a mysterious man Nobleman who claims to know her and constantly roams around her.Nobleman demands that she accompany him or he will kill her parents. She agrees and is taken to the laboratory, where she is restrained.
Ja-yoon’s headaches are a symptom of a disease that will kill her without proper treatment. She pretended to be dying and was injected a blue serum that will stop the disease for a month leaving Ja-yoon dependent on new doses.
After gaining her full strength she strikes and kills the guards demanding the whereabout of the rest of the blue serum.
Mr Choi came around on learning of her presence which in the process Dr. Baek is killed during the chaos and she defeated Nobleman.
