Queen of Tears (Korean: 눈물의 여왕) is an upcoming South Korean television series written by Park Ji-eun, co-directed by Jang Young-woo and Kim Hee-won, and starring Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won. It is scheduled to premiere on tvN on March 9, 2024, and will air every Saturday and Sunday at 21:20 (KST).

SYNOPSIS
Follows the dizzying crisis and miraculous rebirth of love between Hong Hae-in (Kim Ji-won), the third-generation Queens Group chaebol and department store queen, and Baek Hyun-woo (Kim Soo-hyun), the son of Yongdu-ri and supermarket prince.
Baek Hyun-Woo works as the legal director for conglomerate Queens Group. He is the most successful person to have come from his hometown village of Yongdu-ri and he is the pride of that village.
Baek Hyun-Woo is married to Hong Hae-In, who is the daughter of the family that owns and operates Queens Group. She is known as the “Arrogant Queen” at Queens Department Store.

Hae-in’s husband who is the legal director of Queens Group. He is a lawyer who graduated from a prestigious university who was born in Yongdu-ri, a rural area.

3. Park Sung-hoon as Yoon Eun-seong:

Man-dae’s live-in girlfriend. Her nickname is “Mother Teresa of Queens” as she has no greed for Queens family, including their wealth and properties.
3. Jung Jin-young as Hong Beom-jun:
Hae-in’s father who is vice-chairman of Queens Group and very attached to his daughter.
4. Na Young-hee as Kim Seon-hwa:
Hae-in’s mother who cares more about her son Soo-cheol.

Hae-in’s aunt who is scarier than a tiger. She thinks marriage is crazy, but struggling with loneliness. She always say what needs to be said.
